Yes, I’ve been back from Italy for a while! I didn’t think about the fact that I still had a week of school once I returned so I didn’t have any blogs scheduled. Another reason I haven’t blogged is because I got my computer stolen while I was in Italy. It was stolen from our apartment and the police did absolutely nothing! I’ll explain it more when I do my summary of the Italy trip. (The first one will go up on Thursday!) Whenever I thought about blogging I just got depressed because I wouldn’t be able to do it on my computer!
I’m finally just sucking it up and doing it anyways because I love doing it so much, even though I wish I was lounging in bed or on a couch watching tv while I blog. For some odd reason it helps me concentrate. That was the only bad part about the trip though! I had an amazing time and made some pretty good friends. I’m definitely going to miss gelato the most, I’ve had a few from here but it’s not the same.
I really hope I’ll go back someday! I did throw a coin in the Trevi fountain and my teacher said if you do, you will come back! Fingers crossed! I’m not sure if I’d go back to Florence bacause that’s where my laptop got stolen but I definitely want to go to Venice, Cinque Terre and Rome again plus see Verona for the first time. We didn’t have enough time to go there!
Also since I’m back, I’m officially done with college! Say what? I still don’t feel old enough. Am I really going to be 22 in August? I still haven’t been able to find a job! Everyone keeps telling me I should just find a regular job but I don’t want to give up finding one in Graphic Design yet! Until then I’ll be treating blogging as my full time job along with applying to all things graphic design related. I’ve always wanted to be able to commit more time to blogging but I’ve always had homework to get done. I’m going to attempt to work on a schedule and get certain blogging things done everyday and have a certain number of applications filled out.
