Today’s post is a new series just to introduce my lovely sponsors. It’s basically just an interview so you can get to know these bloggers better. Keep reading to learn more about Leah from That Mama Jama!

Hi! My name is Leah, and I blog about being a mommy to my son mason, a wife, fashion and beauty! Before becoming a stay at home mom, I worked in the beauty industry for several years and I still do event makeup on the side for events. I love to write about my experiences and the things that I love and that I’m learning on a day-to-day basis!

Buffy The Vampire Slayer

Obviously Spike is one of my favorite characters, the one on my right was a painting I did for my cousin as a Christmas Present! The other was done in Paint just for fun!

My dad. I’m a huge daddy’s girl, but I’m not the only one inspired by my dad…he helped to create a widely used vaccine and travels the world talking about his work in surgical pathology. I think he is amazing professionally, but especially in how he loves his family. Everything he does in life, he does for us.

I spend every waking minute with my 6 month old son, and my husband when he isn’t at work! When my son is napping, I work on blogging and selling Chloe + Isabel jewelry from the shop on my blog as well.

Blog, work on web designs for myself and friends, play with makeup and fashion, selling Chloe and Isabel jewelry–I’m obsessed with it!

My favorite place in the world is Bald Head Island, North Carolina. There are no cars on the island, everyone drives golf carts, walks or bikes around. The lighthouse is one of the oldest standing lighthouses on the coast, and there are remains for two other previous lighthouses there too. It’s so relaxing and beautiful, and filled with so much history on the Cape Fear River. It’s totally my “happy place.” I visited there a few times with my family when I was younger, and now I go back almost every summer with my husband. I was engaged nearby the island too!

I recently was driving with my husband to his parents house for Easter dinner, and I noticed (on a road we frequently travel, btw) that there are a bunch of random mailboxes without driveways next to them, and only forrest behind them. So I asked hubby why that would be? He looked at me and immediately started laughing. Then it dawned on me. The driveways were on the other side of the road. *DOH*

This age. Best year of my life so far. 🙂

I want to open a business with my husband. He dreams of one day owning a general store. I wouldn’t mind what it was that we did, but I would love to have a family owned business with him!
