I was super excited to get my first WhimseyBox in the mail. After waiting all month I finally got it on Monday and finished it but Tuesday night. If you’ve never heard of Whimseybox, every month for $15 you get all the supplies you need to make a certain craft. They give you instructions and theres is also a blog post if you need more help. I really love their tagline too, Stop pinning, start making. I know I haven’t made very many of the DIYs I’ve saved on my boards. Once I found this site I decided to cancel my Birchbox subscription and subscribe to this instead.
I was really surprised that they even gave the tools I needed to make the necklace. I expected to have to borrow them from my mom’s set. The necklace was pretty easy to make, you definitely have to be patient and it takes a while to get the hang of it. I know my fingers were sore but the time I was done.
You also get to learn a new skill every month, this months was Wire Wrapping and it comes with a button (not sure what I’m going to do with it but I love the idea). Overall, I’m super happy with the box and I can’t wait for the next months box! I wish I didn’t have to wait so long!

I hope you enjoyed my little review, this wasn’t the post I planned on putting up today but I was super excited about it and decided to post this instead!
